Hey guys, does anyone else got problems with GWIvy and Max 2010 Design 64Bit? Actually I cant use that plugin, because it doesnt matter what i do or how i do it. Max crashes. The scenes i use are very simple, just a plane and one Box, thats it nothing special. Also i have recognized that for the Ivy growth, the plugin only uses one core / cpu / thread - i got a dual Quad Xeon with "16" Cores... Whats that about? Per Default the Threads are on 16. When i change the value to 8, everything works fine then. Really strange, seems that the plugin dont come along with the 8 Cores of my Dual Quad Xeon plus the 8 Cores which are virtually created and not physical. I dont understand the Threads parametes , because when i press the grow button and open the TaskManager, then only one core is working and not 8. Do you have that issue too? I will do some more tests but it looks very good so far - no crashes until yet...
